Prime Home Care LLC (Prime Home Care) provides a wide variety of compassionate skilled and non-skilled services ranging from companionship and personal hygiene assistance to rehabilitative therapy and skilled nursing assessment, and many more.

​Prime Home Care was established in 2006 as a privately owned and operated home health agency which was recently acquired by Help at Home (a regional/MidWest Home Health Services Provider). We provide services in following Ohio locations: Maineville (Corporate Office), Washington Courthouse, Columbus, Dayton, and Toledo.
