Takoda Trails is a company that provides medical, behavioral and therapeutic supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.  Our mission is to teach, respect and enhance the quality of life for the people that pass through our doors so that they can reach their greatest potential.
The nurse is responsible for coordination of all health care services provided to the individuals we serve.   The primary responsibility is passing medications and completing treatments as ordered by the physician.  They need to communicate with team members and assure proper documentation.
Looking for LPN’s for full time, part time and PRN for the night shift.  Salary is competitive.
