What you’ll do:

• Provide HR support in the areas of benefits, payroll, recruiting and benefits
• Coordinate new employee paperwork and orientation to ensure successful onboarding for all new hires
• Coordinate Co-Op Program, work with Colleges/Universitates to advertise opportunities and set up interviews
• Assist with or coordinate employee engagement activities
• Support the continued improvement process within the HR department and Organization
• Support in-house training programs to include coordination and communication of training

What you’ll need:

• Two year degree in business or related field and 1 year related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
