Aggregate Lab Technician

Position Overview

This position supports the Aggregate Lab Supervisor in the testing of mineral aggregate.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing index property testing of mineral aggregates for quality and comparison to industry specifications
• Preparation of aggregate samples for chemical analysis
• Other duties as directed by the CMT Laboratory Manager and/or Assistant Laboratory Manager

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• ODOT, ACI, and/or NICET certified
• At least two to three years' experience in laboratory is preferred
• Clean driving record with no more than two driving violations in the last 36 months

Skills and Abilities
• Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to modify personal schedule as required to meeting deadlines
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
