Assembler-First Shift Schedule

The Assembler will work on a team to achieve assembly production goals with high quality results. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong concern for procedures are essential in this position.

The schedule for this position will be 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday.

Work as an effective team member to complete daily assembly goals
• Complete assigned station assembly task with consistent speed and accuracy
• Safely and properly use different hand tools to accomplish assembly tasks for various assembly stations
• Report any issues to Team Lead or Operations Manager
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Follow processes and procedures
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude

Other duties as assigned
• Participate in projects assigned by manager
• Maintain and follow ISO standards
• Seek out and complete appropriate training, development and research
• Knowledge of department processes
• Support the mission, principles, and goals of the company

Educational Requirements/Preferences
High School Diploma/GED – Required

Experience Requirements/Preferences
1+ Years Electro-Mechanical Product Assembly - Preferred
