The Production/Assembly Technician will work on a team to achieve assembly production goals with high quality results. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong concern for procedures are essential in this position.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m (3 Day Weekend EVERY WEEK!)
Requirements
Work as an effective team member to complete daily assembly goals
- Complete assigned station assembly task with consistent speed and accuracy
- Safely and properly use different hand tools to accomplish assembly tasks for various assembly stations
- Report any issues to Team Lead or Operations Manager
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
- Follow processes and procedures
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
Other duties as assigned
- Participate in projects assigned by manager
- Maintain and follow ISO standards
- Seek out and complete appropriate training, development and research
- Knowledge of department processes
- Support the mission, principles, and goals of the company
Educational Requirements/Preferences
- High School Diploma/GED – Required

- 1+ Years Electro-Mechanical Product Assembly - Preferred
