A Mike’s Carwash Team Member is on the front line of customer service.  (S)he will perform the roles of Service Advisor, Director, and ensure the facility is always clean and prepared for customers according to our high standards.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

 Execute the Mike’s Purpose.  Provide the best value for our boss, the customer, by delivering a clean, quick, carwash every time, with a smile.

• Abide by our Values.  Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, Fun, Accountability, Profitability
• Customer Satisfaction.  Maintain the interior and exterior of the property so customers always feel comfortable.  Keep all customer related material stocked and clean, rain or shine.
• Training.  Participate in extensive training to keep your skills in production up to date.  Ask for assistance from the management team if you have any questions regarding the Service Advisor or Director job expectations.

 

Required Work Schedule

Must work all scheduled shifts unless notified otherwise by management.
Attend monthly Team Meetings.
