Joe Morgan Honda is hiring for a cashier/administrative support for the service department.
The hours are :
Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Every 3rd Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
We are looking for strong computer abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide an excellent customer service experience.
The support person is responsible for receiving payments from customers, printing invoices for the customer and for making sure the customer is taken care before they leave the service department.
You will ensure that our records and files are kept current and in the order needed for the service department.
You will use a credit card machine and will have to make change when needed for the customer.
You will help to answer the phone for the dealership. Will transfer calls, take messages and assist the caller in anyway that are able.
Will be responsible for ensuring the customer lounge area is organized and clean for the customers.
There will be other support tasks assigned by the service and parts department.
