Summary of Function:
Perform building maintenance.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
* Environmental Responsibilities
* Perform preventative maintenance, repair equipment, and other related projects
* Do utility jobs
* Crane inspection
* Clean up and organizing oil containing area (EPA/OSHA)
* Pick up supplies
*Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
