Call Center Representatives

A well-established banking facility in the Mason area is seeking 10 experienced Call Center Associates. Ideal candidates must have strong customer service skills, a professional phone voice and an outgoing, friendly personality. Outbound calling experience is a MUST as you will be making outbound phone calls during your entire shift. The positions are first shift, Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm. with rotating Saturdays required.

This position pays $12.00 an hour to start and you move to $13.00 upon hire. An excellent benefit package which includes, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401 K, paid holidays and vacations is offered upon hire as well as the pay increase.

All candidates must be flexible as this banking facility does have an additional Call Center opening up in the Blue Ash area and you may be required to relocate to that facility.

 

You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, credit check and criminal background check before starting. You must also have a High School Diploma or GED.
