Call Center Representatives

A well-established banking facility is seeking experienced Call Center Associates. Ideal candidates must have strong customer service skills, a professional phone voice and an outgoing, friendly personality. Outbound calling experience is a MUST as you will be making outbound phone calls during your entire shift. The positions are first shift, Monday - Friday, 8:45 am - 5:30 pm. with rotating Saturdays required. They have openings available at their Mason and Blue Ash locations.
These positions pay $14.00 an hour to start with a pay increase upon hire. An excellent benefit package which includes, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401 K, paid holidays and vacations is offered upon hire as well as the pay increase.

You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, credit check and criminal background check before starting. You must also have a High School Diploma or GED.
