Seeking Carpenter – Decking Crew Leader

CMR has an open position - available now!! We are a fast-growing company, focusing on outdoor living looking for a person who is self-motivated and willing to work outdoors. We install decks, patio covers and pergolas all over the Tri-State area.  Use of company vehicles and tools.  Paid vacation days after 1 year.

Qualifications:

- Safety Focused and Positive Attitude

- Quality/Craftsmanship Driven

- Complete knowledge of how to build decks by Code

- Knowledge of Pergolas, Patio Covers or Sunroom installations are a plus

- Good communication skills to speak to customers

Hourly Rate: $25/Hr or Salary depending on experience.  Potential for bonus.

Requirements:

- Must have full knowledge on how to build Decks on your own

- Previous managerial experience

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Be able to lift 50+ pounds

- Must have a smart phone with texting and GPS capabilities

- If subcontract position is wanted: Must show proof of insurance and workers comp.  Must own work truck and tools
