Catering and Event Server
PRN - As Needed
Hamilton, Ohio
Provide services and support to all Dinning Events. This includes, but not limited to guest meal service, ware washing, sanitation and receiving, ware washing, sanitation and receiving.
Essential Responsibilities
- Interacts with fellow staff, residents and guests in a professional manner.

Follows HR guidelines and is familiar with policies and procedures for the department and facility.

Follows direction from Supervisor.

Communicates problems and opportunities to proper Supervisor.

Helps maintain a climate of improvement and gives input with process improvement and food quality.

Follow uniform requirements for specific position.

Must be customer focused and customer service driven.

Can complete a variety of tasks from different specific jobs.
Job Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Licenses or other required certifications: None
Experience: Minimum of 1 year related service experience preferably in a continuing care retirement community, hospital, hotel, restaurant, or similar facility.
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities: Must possess a customer service orientation.
Walks and stands during entire shift.
Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe.
Lifting and carrying trays up to 10 lbs.
Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns.
Must be 21 or older according to State regulations to serve alcohol
