Truck Driver / Transportation
[Full time] $18-21.00/HR
In collaboration with Transportation manager, our Truck Driver will transport our veneer and logs that go to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operates truck and loads within guidelines
- Monitors and properly reacts to operation problems
- Perform routine inspections of truck and load
- Practices safe equipment operation. Promotes team safety
- Keeping in touch with traffic department during the day
- Completes required paperwork daily and accurately
- Must strap loads on our curtain side trailers and trucks.
Successful candidates will have:
- Class “A” CDL
- Clean driving record
- Three years of experience
- Attention to detail / paperwork
- Self-motivated
- Must pass DOT physical & Drug test Good attendance
