Client Sales Specialist (Call Center)
Pay rate: $16-20 plus commission and bonus

Well... it’s time for you to start your career with HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electric and Drains.  We are looking for ambitious goal driven professionals to join our Client Sales Team.
Our Client Sales Team are amazing communicators who HELP our clients by offering solutions and identifying opportunities.  They have the ability to jump in and handle inbound/ outbound calls, provide 1st class customer service, book service appointments, educate and upsell clients on various services.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Sales-minded, goal-oriented person with a focus on achieving success
  • 1+ years Customer Service, Sales or Collections experience
  • Teamwork mentality developed through team sports
  • Some college or military experience
  • Passion for Winning
  • Able to set priorities and schedule daily duties
  • Ability to work independently with only general guidance and also work closely with other associates
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and problem solve complex work situations
  • Requires high level of tact and integrity
  • Able to follow directions and complete duties with speed and high accuracy
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent phone skills, persuasiveness, and passion for providing quality service to our customers
  • Proven record of customer focus and relationship building
  • Focus, self-motivation, a concentrated work ethic, problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with confidence and poise
  • Open-minded with a passion for learning
  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
  • Call center experience is a plus
Ability to work various shifts:  
  • Monday- Thursday: 7:00AM- 8:00PM
  • Friday: 7:00AM- 6:30PM
  • Saturday: 7:00AM- 6:00PM
  • Sunday: 7:30AM- 3:00PM
