The Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) is responsible to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the residents assessments and care plan, and as directed by the nursing supervisor. Will deliver resident care and assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents.

-Must be a Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the state;
-Must maintain a current certification in the state throughout employment;
-Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action;
-Must possess the ability deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public;
-Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents; and
-Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
