We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain our Mazak Powermaster CNC lathe to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Program parts from prints using Mazatrol.

• Set up and operate Mazak Powermaster CNC lathe machines according to production requirements using Mazatrol

• Interpret part blueprints, engineering drawings, and program sheets to determine machining requirements.

• Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices.

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring tools.

• Understanding of machining principles, cutting speeds, and feeds.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

• Manual dexterity and visual acuity for detailed work.
