CNC Machine Operator – 2nd Shift or 3rd Shift

Hamilton Casework Solutions, a division of Workstream, Inc., is a leading manufacturer of application specific healthcare, office, and mailroom casework and furniture.  We are currently seeking 2 experienced CNC Machine Operators for our Fairfield, Ohio location.  These positions offer an excellent compensation and benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401K, and Life Insurance.

The CNC Machine Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and his/her duties will include:

• Set up and operate the assigned CNC machine in our woodworking shop.
• Meet and maintain production standards as set by the assigned department.
• Review, sort and audit materials as needed.
• Communicate issues to the management team as they occur.
• Perform quality checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform general housekeeping on and around machine.
• Perform Lock Out/Tag Outs under Hamilton Sorter’s Program.
• Operating fork lift machinery as a certified Hamilton Casework Solutions Fork Lift Operator.

Qualified candidates must have CNC machine experience, basic computer/keyboarding skills and experience with forklift operation. Work involves walking, talking, hearing, and using material handling equipment.  Vision abilities require close vision assessments, required to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 pounds continually and 100 pounds occasionally. May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl.  Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment.
