CNC Machinist-Entry Level

PDi Communication Systems has an immediate need for an CNC Machinist at our Springboro, Ohio location.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Run CNC Mills / Manual machines to tolerance dimensions
Ability to machine parts with limited supervision
Make tool changes and tool cutter comps when needed
Inspect finished parts to verify conformance of finished part to print specification
Must own your measuring instruments needed for job .. calipers, micrometers, indicator,
depth micrometers, etc. Must be able to properly use all measuring instruments needed for job listed above
Operate a wide variety of both manual machines and hand tools to perform duties as
assigned
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Be involved in continuous improvement activities
Perform Quality Checks

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have good knowledge of Fanuc and Mazak controls
Must have good math skills

GED or High School diploma
Ability to read and understand blueprints and tolerances
