Construction/Sheet Metal Installer

The Construction/Sheet Metal Installer is responsible for the installation of HVAC, Gutter and Sheet Metal in wouldassist our lead HVAC Technicians install for furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct workwith a strong focus on customer service, quality and a commitment to integrity.

Skills/Experience Required:

Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Commercial Construction
Must have excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
Must conduct oneself with integrity
Must be able to work independently as well as a part of the Monroe Mechanical Service team
Must be willing to work long hours, weekend and holidays when required
A valid driver’s license is required

Ability to professionally communicate with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
High degree of time management and organization is required
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain both a proactive and positive attitude
Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs
Demonstrate a positive approach towards team building/support is essential
Must enjoy a fast-paced and demanding environment
