Corrections Officer

Supervises and monitors inmate activities and behavior to ensure a safe and controlled environment. Escorts/transports inmates to and from various locations; performs duties in booking area; processes court orders and directives; maintains accounting of inmate properties;processes the release of inmates; ensures inmates are prepared and transported to court.

Must be 21 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent; pass background, physical and drug screen; work varied schedules; no felony convictions
