Position is responsible for assisting with the installation of custom-fabricated interior and exterior iron and aluminum railings, repairing existing railings, and miscellaneous field work.
Suitable person will be able to complete quality work with little supervision.
Position entails frequent contact with customers, personal appearance must be clean and professional. Must project a positive attitude, and must be able to communicate well.
Ability to think on your feet, make a challenging situation work out, and improvise as necessary is important.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
Good knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati area, ability to follow directions and find your way to job sites throughout the area required.
Work consists of primarily setting railings plumb and level, making field connections, cleaning and touching up, cleaning site, and customer relations.
Use of drills, drivers, saws, rotary hammer, and various small tools required.
Must have excellent measuring skills, able to use a tape measure accurately
Must be willing to work overtime as necessary.
Previous experience in construction, fabrication, and/or installation is helpful.
Must be drug free and willing/able to prove it.
A “do what it takes” positive attitude to get the job done is important.
