Position Overview

With the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Analyst, the CRM Administrator’s primary focus is to support, create and update sales information in our Oracle CRM. This inside position supports the efforts of field sales representatives and business development representatives by entering and keeping up-to-date all information related to current customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following):

  • Create, cleanse and maintain account, customer and opportunity data within Oracle CRM
  • Bridge the gap between field sales representatives and CRM
  • Create and distribute basic reports from CRM
  • Work with the Business Development Representative to create prospect lists and call campaigns
  • Work with The Raymond Corporation and other Sales and Service Centers to update and maintain account access for national accounts and any new data standards
  • Train current and new users on proper use and management of CRM data, being the go-to person for all questions related to the program
  • Cross referencing CRM data with information from Hoover’s Database and the U.S. Postal address database
  • Assist creating, maintaining, and distributing reports from other business systems

Job Requirements

* Must reside in the Greater Cincinnati area
* BA/BS in business, computer science, sales & marketing, or related field preferred (but not required)
* Must have strong Microsoft Office skills, primarily Microsoft Excel
* Must have excellent business analysis and problem solving skills
* Must be able to work with people of varying technical skills
* Must be able to effectively communicate problems and processes
* Must have experience manipulating data with strong analytic skills
* Must have effective time management and organizational skills
