Hydrotech is looking for a smart, focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Service and Repair division. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and is primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external Hydrotech customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The CSR will work with team members from all departments to act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face. A typical day includes interacting directly with customers either by telephone, email or in person to provide the customer with information and literature detailing the services that Hydrotech offers. Provide inspection reports, service call reports, respond to customer inquiries, processing returns and responding to order status requests are a few of the daily CSR responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
High School diploma, Trade School Certificate or GED
Valid Driver’s license with no minor moving violations within the most recent 36 month period and no major violations or suspensions in the most recent 60 month period
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to multitask
