In this role you will be the point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their product. This could range from questions about pricing information, incorrect data, images not formatted correctly, etc., and then making the necessary corrections.
There is an extensive training program with this role, so you bring the core skills and attitude and they will teach you the rest!

Normal shift starting out is 11:00am - 8:00pm or 12:00pm - 9:00pm

A strong background with computers and photo editing software is required
Customer Service/Call Center Experience Required
Excellent Computer Skills
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects on computer simultaneously
Strong phone skills
Ability to communicate in a friendly yet professional manner
A people person who enjoys socializing with clients
