The Deputy Clerk - CSEA/Float is responsible for initiating, processing, and maintaining all filings in Juvenile Court related to cases of Paternity, Support, Custody and Visitation. Such filings include, but are not limited to service requests, motions, return of service, and historical edits. The Deputy Clerk – CSEA/Float will follow and complete all procedure relating to the CSEA position.
The Deputy Clerk – CSEA/Float is also responsible for assisting Magistrates, including Drug Court, in generating accurate and detailed court orders, and other court proceedings related documents, in real time through JCS, the court case management system. Such proceedings will be expedited by the Deputy Clerk – CSEA/Float, by maintaining an orderly and efficiently operated courtroom, while also leaving a favorable impression with other case parties.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma
Excellent communication skills
Prompt and regular attendance
Type 40 w.p.m.
Ability to perform light to moderate lifting (1-75lbs.)
