Desktop Support Technician

SWOCA is looking for an energetic, self-starter for the position of Desktop Support Technician.  Ideal candidates would possess an Associate Degree and have prior experience with enterprise level technical support. Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with the administrative team at SWOCA.

Essential responsibilities of the position include:

• Install/deploy PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals.

• Maintain inventory of current assets, conduct assessments of client IT deployment, evaluate new equipment and software, and provide recommendations for replacement and improvement.

• Diagnose, upgrade and replace old equipment, including migrating data and configuration from old to new equipment.

• Ideal candidates would also be able to demonstrate: teamwork, innovation, technical skills, initiative and dependability.

• A focus on customer service is essential for success in this position.
