Driver Class A CDL

Riverfront Steel, a metal services center, is seeking experienced employees with a Class A CDL license. While experience in flatbed steel hauling is preferred, we are willing to train qualified individuals who show a desire to learn. Applicants must be responsible, reliable and conscientious and be able to meet the physical demands of the position. All routes are within a 100 air mile radius of our location, so drivers are home every night. No layovers, no weekends. Benefits including health care, dental, vision, short term disability, life insurance, uniforms provided, vacation after 6 months. The applicant must be able to perform or meet the following criteria:

• Clean driving record and a proven history of safe driving

• Able to meet the rigorous physical demands of the job

• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check

• Pass a DOT physical, drug test and road test

• Desire to maintain a safe work environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Able to perform thorough pre and post trip inspections

• Able to produce and maintain logs and records as required

• Able to work in various weather conditions

• Tarp material when required

• Make multiple stops and multiple runs throughout the day
