CTS is hiring energetic and dependable Dry Film Lube/Paint Technicians for our Blue Ash, Ohio location. Support Operators play an integral part in the thermal spray coating process, from beginning to end.
What you’ll be doing:
- Applies dry film lubricants and paints to parts using paint brush, air brush, or dipping, ensuring thickness, coverage, and location conform to requirements. Reads micrometers and other gauges to measure thickness.
- May be responsible to perform mask, grit blast, and cleanup duties in support of lube and paint all while being safe in the process!
- Following technical documents, drawings, blueprints, and/or plans to perform these functions.
- Performs other tasks as necessary.
More about you:
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- U.S. Person pursuant to ITAR/EAR
- Successfully pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift hours (M-F 7am-3:30pm or M-F 3pm-11:30pm generally)
- Dependable, detail-oriented and a drive to continuously grow and learn
Pluses:
