Inventory Management

Predictive Maintenance

Quality Control--> Uphold High standards.

Root Cause Analysis--> Failure Analysis

Maintain Customer Relationships

Operate Test Panel

Perform Various Electrical Testing Procedures

Test Run//QC Incoming Motor repairs

Equipment Management

Qualifications 

Basic understanding of AC/DC motors

Basic understanding of AC/DC motor nameplate nomenclature

Ability to operate overhead crane & Forklift. (Experience preferred)

Ability to perform various electrical testing procedures--> Megger Test//Polarity Test

Ability to operate VOM

Ability to properly wire AC/DC motors for desired voltage.

Ability to properly: Lug/Crimp/Label leads

Ability to perform full voltage "Run Test" on various AC/DC motors.

Ability to safely operate Test Panel

Ability to operate various hand & power tools.

Ability to identify faults or inefficiencies.

Ability to determine "Root Cause" analysis.
