Description
Liftra USA, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our Product Services team. The Product Services team is responsible for conducting inspections and repairs of all Liftra equipment, with the majority being our Self-Hoisting Crane fleet. This position will be based at our US office in Fairfield, OH, however occasional travel is possible, but not required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform annual inspection and maintenance on a variety of Liftra equipment
• Operate standard tooling such as power tools, basic hand tools, calibrated torque equipment, electrical tooling and diagnostics equipment
• Conduct thorough visual inspections of steel plate and welded joints
• Perform disassembly and assembly of large components in excess of 15,000lbs to complete inspections as required
• Troubleshoot/diagnose product faults
Requirements
• Ability to comprehend Mechanical/Electrical/Hydraulic Schematics
• Perform essential job duties which may include manual lifting up to 75lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely to access job locations
• Ability to work at heights in excess of 50 feet
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to pass core safety, climbing and other required training courses
• Ability to use standard Microsoft Office Products. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Preferred Skills/Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance of machinery or equipment
• PLC Troubleshooting
• Ability to operate machinery (bandsaw, mill) to fabricate small components
• Ability to weld (MIG)
