Description
Assist builders with code required energy inspections, including HVAC testing and air leakage testing on new construction. The job entails visiting houses under construction; carrying 40-lbs of testing equipment; and performing tests on houses to make sure they comply with building code.
Job Requirements
some knowledge of building construction and/or HVAC systems; ability to work alone; safety requirements; and ability to explain requirements to builders (after training); ipad or excel use for reports
