Entry Level Machine Operators

Multiple candidates are needed for entry level machine operation positions located in Butler County. WE CURRENTLY HAVE 50 OPENINGS WITH POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN ALL DEPARTMENTS. You will be responsible for the basic operation of one of the following types of machine: die- stamp press, robotic welding, molding, take-up, brake press and molding. Positions are also available in shipping and receiving as well as logistics. You must have a minimum of 6 months machine operation experience for all machine operation positions. These are long term temporary positions with the possibility of becoming temp-to-hire based upon job performance, attendance, punctuality and job openings. You are eligible for hire after 90 days.

Positions are available for 1st, 2nd shift or 3rd shifts working between 8-12 hours a day, 5-7 days depending upon company requirements.
There is a chance for advancement after hire and company does offer an excellent benefit package. You will be paid $11.00 - $13.00 an hour depending upon department and shift to which you are assigned. After your introductory period you will receive a pay increase upon hire. You will also receive an excellent benefit package upon hire as well.
