The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant. This is a senior administrative position that provides professional administrative support to the City’s Senior Management Team. Primary responsibilities include assisting in planning, coordinating and implementing policies, programs and events throughout all City departments and numerous other public and private organizations. Excellent administrative, organizational, customer service and communication skills; proficient in advanced computer skills; and the ability to work well with all levels of staff and general public. Qualified candidate should have considerable knowledge of social media management including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Graduation from a two or four-year accredited college with major course work in business and office management, or public administration; or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Salary Range: $45,480 to $59,912 annually plus benefit package.
