Fabrication Associate

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-4pm and Saturday 6:30am-12pm

Pay Rate: starting at $17/hour

Overtime Pay Rate: $25.50/hour

A local steel company is looking for hard-working individuals that are interested in learning a variety of valuable skills and earn a substantial weekly income by working plenty of overtime. This company has built steel infrastructure that was used to build a major stadium in downtown Cincinnati!

Fabricator Job Description:

• Build steel infrastructure that will be moved to construction sites for installation (stairs, catwalks, railings and other components)
• Rail Room - Cutting Metal Girders/Rails, Punch/Drill and Prep Rail
• Bending pipe
• Small Part Processing:
• Grinding
• Light Assembly.
• Welding, Propylene Oxy Torch Cutting experience preferred but not required
• Paint work
• Loading trucks

Fabricator Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic industrial math skills
• Must be open to learning new skills and have a team mentality
• Must be willing to work required overtime (55 hours/week)
