Facilities Construction/Maintenance Assistant

Full-time sub-contractor construction/maintenance carpenter/laborer needed for Mason, Ohio based company.  Prefer 1-year experience and or training in construction trades and or facility maintenance industry.   Basic requirements include the ability to read tape measure, listen and follow instructions and safely handle power tools (tools provided).  Must have ability to perform manual lifting and carrying construction materials up to 80 lbs.    Must be willing to arrive at job sites on time, ready and prepared to work and requires current/valid driver’s license with clean driving record.  Position requires no more than 2 moving violations within 2-year period and requires reliable transportation to and from job sites located through mid-central to Southwestern Ohio region. Drug screen & background check required prior to starting employment.

Completion of high school diploma or GED. Prefer construction/building trades experience. Light construction, laborer to assist Manager on site at various construction job sites.
