Description
• Manage all on site installations, repairs, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefing.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Always follow safety protocol on site.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems based on customers non-technical descriptions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits.
• Provide support by managing parts inventory, customer service calls and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Variations of the above duties may be required depending on conditions of company and department business.
• Promoting the company’s services.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
• Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
• Engage in continuing education and seminars to remain up to date on the latest industry techniques, machines, safety regulations and equipment.
