Job brief

Byron Products is looking for dependable individuals to join our team.  Positions are available for 1st (7:30 am to 4 pm),   2nd (3:30 pm to 12am) ,  or 3rd (11:00 pm to 7:30 am) shifts.  The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently while keeping a “quality first” mentality.

Responsibilities

·       Learning various positions to meet customer needs perform various tasks such as grit blasting, spot welding, operate belt furnaces, benching, and inspection

·       make adjustments and verify using a variety of measuring instruments

·       Troubleshoot issues as they arise

·       Keep machines and workstations clean and organized

·       Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

Requirements

·       Manufacturing experience preferred, however, training for entry level persons provided

·       punctual attendance, attention to detail, & motivation

·       Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

·       A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach

·       Must be able to pass drug test for employment and random throughout the year
