Our grounds personnel maintain the landscape of this community in pristine condition by performing seasonal duties such as planting flowers, watering, weed control, etc. in spring and summer and snow removal in winter and will use various landscaping equipment as needed. Often times they will also assist the Service Team with apartment turnovers and other minor maintenance chores.

The person we seek for our Centerville Park grounds team should be dependable, motivated and have the ability to work well independently as well as within a team. Previous grounds experience desired, but not absolutely necessary. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Drug test and background check required. Valid Driver’s License, personal auto insurance and reliable vehicle required.
