Rise & Thrive Home care provides a range of non-skilled services, to help our clients get back on their feet and feeling their best as quickly as possible. Home Health Aid/Caregiver is responsible for direct personal care of client’s daily living needs and for the compassionate and accurate performance of job duties.
Our Home Health Aide/Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan, including: personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, socialization, activities, medication reminders, incontinence care, bathing, and respite care.
This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to the constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
CPR & First Aid Certified
Valid Ohio Driver License with good driving record (if transporting clients).
Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect.
Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations.
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
