Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as necessary
Care for residents who need assistance or total care and help with activities of daily living.
Share information with health care team members.
Provide the best customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff.
Be professional in appearance, demeanor and communication.
Provide accurate, precise and timely patient care documentation, when needed.
Must have a background that is free from criminal convictions for crimes against persons, including, without limitation, theft, abuse, neglect or sexual misconduct.
Valid driver’s license with insured/inspected vehicle and clean driving record.
