Home Health Aides, CNAs, and STNAs

Tri-County Visiting Nurses is hiring Home Health Aides, CNAs, and STNAs to provide personal care services to clients in their homes as needed, under the direction of an RN within the guidelines of the care plans.

Care services include bathing, grooming, laundry, shopping, preparing meals, feeding, housekeeping and cleaning, etc.

Aides provide emotional support and compassionate care to the patients and the family units. They report and document any changes in the patient's condition or family situation to TCVN and the RN.

Aides must meet federal Home Health Aide training and competency requirements.

Must be able to work independently and be adaptable.

Aides must adhere to all policies and procedural guidelines and practice Standard Precautions according to OSHA regulations and protocols.

Aides must maintain required competencies, skills , and certifications as required.

Aides are required to have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance.

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Experience and active patient contact preferred.
