HVAC Building Maintenance Technician

The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of HVAC/Building Maintenance Technician.  Work involves all facets of building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general building repair, painting and cleaning.   Experience in hydraulics, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical work or equivalent combination of training and experience required.  Salary Range:  $44,412.16 to $58,534.32 with excellent benefits.  All applicants will be required to take a written examination on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
