HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Description

We are looking for HVAC Service Technicians to fill immediate positions.  Pay range from $18 - $28 based on experience.   Offering signing bonus.  Service and repair heating and air conditioning systems.  Company truck provided.  We are a great small family company servicing our community with pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Primarily service residential HVAC
• On-call every other Saturday

Qualifications:
• 2 or more years of experience in HVAC or completed service training / install program
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated & Organized
• Troubleshooting techniques for all types of equipment
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Demonstrate pride of craftsmanship
• Great attitude and professional appearance
• Good social skills and customer service
• Clean background check, driving record and drug test
• OSHA safety training a plus
• Oil heat and boiler experience a plus
