Description
Brighton Tru-Edge, a division of Enerfab Inc, has an immediate need for a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician Trainee. Responsibilities:
- Maintain, install and troubleshoot multiple systems and manufacturing equipment (All Trade shop)
- Electrical Systems from 24v to 480v,
- Electric Motors from 1hp to 200hp, AC/DC Servo
- Mechanical Systems (gearboxes, bearings etc.)
- Hydraulics, Pneumatic and Compressed Air Systems
- Overhead cranes
- Heating and cooling
- Inspect systems and implement preventative maintenance measures as necessary
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Operate equipment and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
• WILL Consider trainee with Industrial Maintenance Technology degree or 5 yrs industrial maintenance experience on a variety of systems needed,
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude required, Electrical and Welding Experience preferred
• Safety first mindset, OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
• Experience using a variety of hand tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintenance in metal forming fabrication industry preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
Work Shifts: 2nd shift - Mon thru Friday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
