Infant and Preschool Teachers

The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking responsible, dependable, motivated and caring individuals for full and part time teaching positions. We are currently accepting applications for Infant and Preschool Teachers.

Job requirements include successful classroom management using developmentally appropriate practices, implementing lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas, student assessment and portfolio documentation, parent communication, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment. Candidates should be able to lift 35 pounds, sustain high level of activity, bend, stoop and sit on the floor. Lead teacher candidates must have a CDA, Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. Student candidates must be in second year of ECE program at career center.  All candidates must have experience working in a center or group atmosphere and possess excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education. Focus on teamwork and customer service required!

We have recently expanded to a new state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. building. Our facility has 10 classroom, half court gym, gross motor room, 3 separate playgrounds as well an outdoor classroom. Successful candidates will work with co-teacher to provide care for children. High level of energy, ability to bend, lift stoop and sit on the ground is required. We focus on teamwork and providing high quality customer service to our students and their families.
