We are currently hiring Full Time Installation Technicians.

We are looking for candidates with an aptitude for construction and assembly of metal products and who enjoy frequent travel within the US. We manufacture our products in West Chester, Ohio and prepare “kits” ready for shipping to our client’s sites for assembly and installation. This position requires individuals who can work independently, are physically able to work a demanding job and read technical drawings.

• Install aluminum ramps, steps, platforms, and canopies
• Load, deliver, install, de-install, unload, and restock
• Travel and overnight
• All travel expenses paid (meals and hotels)
• Full-time work schedule, with overtime

If you're reliable, take initiative, and have a good work ethic then we can teach you the Upside installation approach.

We are looking for the following.

- An experienced installer with a mechanical aptitude
- Read assembly and site layout drawings
- Material handling
- Lift approximately 100 lbs
- Measurements and mathematical calculations
- Must be able pass drug & background screen
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent driving record required
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Additional Information:

-While on a client installation job, hours are dependent upon the project
-Installers often work substantial overtime
-All hours driving are considered working hours
-Installers work in our West Chester, Ohio, shop or warehouse when in between installation projects
