Installation Technician

Responsibilities/Principal Duties: 

• performing installation of entry doors, garage doors, openers and related parts, as assigned by supervisor and/or office customer service personnel
• diagnose and repair problems with customer products and/or install new parts to restore customer products to best working order
• complete paperwork in a satisfactory manner
• take payments and/or payment information from customer accurately, and transport same to the office daily
• routing/scheduling of daily work as needed
• basic maintenance of work truck and stock parts kept on truck
• Cincinnati or Florence Office
• Reports to Scheduling manager or Foreman.
