- performing installation of entry doors, garage doors, openers and related parts, as assigned by supervisor and/or office customer service personnel
- diagnose and repair problems with customer products and/or install new parts to restore customer products to best working order
- complete paperwork in a satisfactory manner
- take payments and/or payment information from customer accurately, and transport same to the office daily
- routing/scheduling of daily work as needed
- basic maintenance of work truck and stock parts kept on truck
- Cincinnati or Florence Office
- Reports to Scheduling manager or Foreman.
