Job Description: Level 1 Break Fix Tech
- First point of contact with all end user requests and questions ( Ticket System )
- Assist with the maintenance of servers
- Efficiently escalate unresolved issues to higher level support when needed
- Work with hardware vendors to quickly repair or replace broken hardware products
- Perform hardware/software upgrades or replacements for user devices
- Assist with large/team projects
- Troubleshoot all technical related issues quickly and efficiently
- Perform password resets and assign permissions
- Assist Network team to troubleshoot and resolve network issues as necessary
Qualifications
- Relevant technical training or Associate Degree
- A+, Microsoft Office Cert, etc. – Desired
- 1-2 years related experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and other related software
- Strong understanding of most operating systems. Microsoft, Mac, and Google
- Strong work ethic that can work well on their own or with a team
- Network systems monitoring/support
- Excellent communication
- Customer service experience
- Good organizational and analytical skills
